About us: Founded in 2006, City Club of Central Oregon (CCCO), with offices in Bend, is a member, donor, and sponsor-supported nonprofit. Governed by a volunteer board of directors, we are a nonpartisan civic affairs organization that promotes active citizenship to build a stronger community.

Our mission is to build a conscious and civic-minded community through dialog, education, and research that results in responsible civic engagement. CCCO exists to educate and be the top-of-mind center for community members and leaders. We champion passionately non-partisan, spirited dialogue between diverse perspectives on issues that shape our future in a connected way. The pillar of our programming is our monthly forum, a program devoted to significant issues in our communities.

Position: Executive Director Under the guidance of City Club’s Board of Directors, the ED is responsible for actively managing all affairs and operations of the organization, within the limits established by City Club bylaws and policies, while upholding our mission. Primary responsibilities include strategically leading all of the programs of City Club with a strong emphasis on the quality and success of monthly forums; maintaining an internal culture that is empowering and transparent, plus building strong ties with other key stakeholders in C.O. including areas of membership and sponsorships.

The ED serves as the chief executive for CCCO. Knowledge of C.O. issues, C.O. stakeholders, plus sponsor cultivation and member stewardship is strongly desired. Salary range is $58,000 to $82,000 depending upon experience.
